People induldge in extra cirricular during lunch -- running, biking, swimming, ultimate frisbee, yoga etc. 6. 401k is execellent 7. Good professional advancement 8. No hard deadlines
Inconvénients
1. You need to be self motivated and show lots of initiation. Projects don't come to you - u need to make them happen. 2. Health coverage is shrinking every year 3. Pay has been frozen for 2 years now ---- some frustated engineers bcos of that. 4. Upper management doesnt have clear goals for the company --- CEO regurgitates what he said 5. years ago in quarterly updates. 6. Dont see much career advancement 7. Feel isolated from silicon valley dynamics 8. Worst IMMIGRATION department. If you need to apply for green card they have a very slow and incompetant legal department. I've finished 3 years and still not started the process.
