      * poor management *selfish and miserable people *stingy and miserly management *want you to work for free *they don't want you to think, just implement what the manager want *poor opportunities for young engineers *promotions depends on relationships not your work

      Avantages

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Inconvénients

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
