      * Exposed to interesting range of responsibilities * Colleagues are bright & helpful

      Inconvénients

      * ADI practices age discrimination with respect to raises & promotions. No kidding, the annual raises for employees over 50 are often 0% . * Expect to be underpaid . Annual raises are pitiful . * Promotions & training are practically nonexistent.

      Avantages

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Inconvénients

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
