      Great company, great work-life balance, and compensation is ok.

      Inconvénients

      Lacks direction, vision and poor leadership at the senior levels. Does not invest in their people (haven't had a sales conference in 5+ years).

      Avantages

      Company made effort to bring in employees together Good mobility within the company- plenty of opportunities to move or transfer to different roles/ departments/ locations

      Inconvénients

      A lot of different programs or initiatives that didn't go anywhere or result to nothing You think the company cares, but not really. Reorgs and layoffs happens very frequently. Folks who got affected seemed random and not well- thought of.
