      Avantages

      Ability to be candid with management about home life conflicts. Hours are flexible and I have the ability to work from home, even, if needed. Family owned with no drama involved... a very professional family that keep personal relationships separate from business as necessary. Laid back atmosphere. Flexibile job requirements - ability to work under multiple departments if one takes initiative, or remain within a single project/business area.

      Inconvénients

      Little feedback on performance - no reviews, or even pats on the back for a job well done. Difficult for any decisions to be made, particularly on policy or any other company changes (marketing materials, organization, etc.).

      Avantages

      Funny-ish co-workers, pretty easy work, two paid 15-minute breaks

      Inconvénients

      Too much political talk, conservatives always talking down on liberals like they’re trash for some reason. Everyone thinks they’re better than everyone else. Female management never knows what to do around all the guys and is horribly unorganized. Pay sucks. You’d think that going from temp to hire would increase your pay. Nope. It stays terrible.
