Amplified continues to put their people first, management LISTENS. They treat us with respect, they are flexible and care about the individual. Amplified' s core values are written in our Café and all of our management team lives by the core values and our core values are reflected in each one of us. This is by far the best job I have ever had. The learning opportunities and personal and professional growth have been unmatched. I have referred friends and family to not only send me their coverage to be quoted but to work along side me and embrace the opportunity to be an Amplified Rockstar.
Inconvénients
It's tough to find a "con" for working for Amplified. I would say the insurance industry can be a tough one, you have to work hard and there is a lot of critical thinking involved. Amplified has the expectation that you will work hard, be a team player, and have a solution focused mindset, If you don't think you can be apart of this culture maybe Amplified isn't the best option for you.
