Avantages
Fully remote sales role. Great product headed in the right direction in the PAM space. Marketing team is fantastic generating many inbound leads alongside a strong Channel program. Majority of business is from inbounds. SLT is very supportive and provides a solid buffer between C-Level and reps.
Inconvénients
-CEO is prone to quick mood changes. One month we're the best sales team he can imagine, the next we're not doing enough and are "lazy". He is prone to impulsive decision making and is too far removed from the sales process to have realistic expectations of deal size, timeline to close, pipeline growth, etc.
