      Avantages

      Not much except for the workers are nice and have pretty good camaraderie. Free coffee (although no cups for it nor is there any water except for the kind that comes out of the faucet)

      Inconvénients

      Management is terrible especially HR and the owner. High turn-over rate due to the owner's lack of professionalism (cursing, insulting employees and in the past has gotten physical with some), You get 2/3 days PTO the whole year and maybe 1 holiday is paid. NO OVERTIME OR RAISES..which only motivates workers to do the bare minimum.

      Avantages

      Working here has been a smooth experience so far, the team is professional and easy to collaborate with, which makes daily tasks straightforward and hassle-free. There are also opportunities to learn and grow if you take initiative.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes there are tight deadlines, which might not suit everyone.

      Avantages

      AVPS makes sure there merchants are secure in processing. I like that the merchants are important to AVPS as well as the employees. I've been with AVPS for almost 8 yrs and even though its a hard job in Risk, I like working here. Never had a problem taking off on vacation or sick, owner has an open door policy. The other employees are great to work with.

      Inconvénients

      I don't like the stairs!
