      Opportunity to work for a smaller business and merchandising is fun

      Inconvénients

      -little to no communication from upper management -poor training process for managers -watch every move on cameras, micromanaging -low pay and unfair pay especially for associates -

      Avantages

      Clear expectations/communication, fair wages, great discount, reasonable work load for compensation, managers are accommodating and kind, opportunities for promotions! would love to move up in the company:)

      Avantages

      Very fun environment, the customers can be so much fun interacting with. Loved my coworkers, they really made a shift so much fun. Everything was always a team effort whether it was styling our customers or tasking. The clothes can be very cute and trendy.

      Inconvénients

      Unrealistic expectations for kpi’s. The quality of some of the clothes does not match the price. Not size inclusive at all. No time and a half for working holidays. Employees are underpaid but expected the most of. 18 cameras in a store is overkill. Not providing your employees with a microwave or water is crazy.
