      Employee benefits like free snacks , food and leave policy is amazing.

      Inconvénients

      Very low hike and no promotion even after I spent 3 years got no promotion. Work life balance completely depends on the project where i used to work 14 hours a day also in another project i used work 8 hours a day

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
