      Good company with lots of employees benifits, subsidy on food, received gifts on festivals ,team bounding and activities.

      Managers are very bad doing Micromanagement ,higher management are have no knowledge what going at ground.office politics

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
