Company has a good atmosphere if your manager and team lead is good else expect negativity. Food is the greatest with the new policy.
Inconvénients
Enjoyed at the beginning but was pushed in a project with toxic Manager, eventually left the company. Long hours of work and zero increments. Manager doing micro management and putting blame on juniors for missing deadlines, while he keeps attending meetings to sack management gaand. You will be happy if your lead or manager is good person and there are many good managers here. I had Bad luck. HRs are non existent and will never reply to you for days on chat if you are a junior employee. Have to go to them in person. Increments are very low even after giving it your all, manager bringing xyz reasons to blame you. Most people here rely on promotions. If joining as a fresher you donot get development please start looking for other opportunity and leave this company. If you are switching here as a FTE you will have job security.
