Depends on the area and location it's a good company, mostly due to the human factor. It's still is a corporate but open for changes at least in the CTO.
Inconvénients
Bad bonuses, very bad HR (!) and you get kicked out once a project is done. period.
* You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients
Inconvénients
* The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on
* They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
