Avantages
1. Annual Gift. 2. Appreciation in terms on goodies (Amazon Cards/Gifts ) from client 3. Working on latest technology.
Inconvénients
1. Had issues with Work life balance due to pandemic though was working from home.. and this could be one of the reason but its not the only. 2. People at managerial level think they are the Boss (this was in my case). Looked down on people.
