      Avantages

      Financially Sound. Strong Product Catalog and Many CWP relationships although some are quite strained.

      Inconvénients

      Absolutely no Process Control or Authority Chain understanding. The internal cost structure creates gridlock to sales organization and very stressful process in getting estimates to customers.

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
