- Good projects for Telecomm domain - You may get good salary hikes at least when you are in associate and intermediate positions - Good cultural engagements - Free Gym inside office.
Inconvénients
- Used to have on-site opportunities - Old management styles which tends to do micromanagement - Some struggle for promotion if you don't have good network - Compensation doesn't meet market standard, which is realised during switch - Implicit expectation to overwork and extend hours which affects work life balance greatly.
