      High demands from management Concentrating on quantity before quality Work environment could use an update, looks sometimes like a finance company from the 80's

      Avantages

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
