Avantages
Work culture depend upon your team. As a company it has the best culture defined. My first manager was my pro. But as a team, some follow them some does not, completely depends upon your manager/lead/line manager. Management plays a big role in your life. I worked under two managers, one lead. First manager was excellent. He motivated everyone to work more initially when project was bleeding. Took many initiative to stabilize it. Paid all of us handsomely. Later after some years when project was stabilized he focused us on work life balance and quality work.
Inconvénients
My second manager was my con. Coming to the second manager, he had no interest in our team as he was handling one more team. His fundamental was to push all the employees to work more than 10-12 hours. Those who obey him, they are the best employees and those do not, they are the worst. Way of talking was worst. So it all depends on your lead/manager/his manager.
