Leads and Managers(~80%) doesn't have any technical or leadership skills which impacts genuine performance reviews. In other words, if u r good in buttering and making good PRs with Leads & Managers then you r eligible for good bonus or hike and if you focused on pure working and learning then u r wasting ur time and Money.
