      1.Good employee benefits and facilities. 2. Less beauracracy. 3.Talent recognition.

      Inconvénients

      1. The people working are not technically competent as compared to those in other other similar organizations.Not much too learn from peers. 2. Excess use of properitery software which are way behind the latest technologies.

      * You can end up on some really good projects because the company has reach with different clients

      Inconvénients

      * The company is not great with communication, so it's easy to be out of the loop on what is really going on * They're not straight-forward with raises and bonuses. They kept pushing the dates back and giving different excuses
