      1. Old technologies 2. Technologies not up to the mark as per industry standards. 3. You will never earn good things like Site, promotion,etc , unless you have to say it upfront for it .(And that's not earning ethically ! )

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
