For SI Testing, night shifts are a routine Some freshers might be given core development work in Cyprus and some are put into testing or support in night shifts. I was offered testing and was not told beforehand that I would be offered testing. I thought as I am a computer engineer from a very good institute, I will be offered development job. Some of my friends were randomly given dev job.
