Good working env in terms no dress code, manager is directly approachable. Decent salary. onsite oppurtunities but depends on project. Good food facility.
Inconvénients
too much interference in work by management, micro management Random HR policies every year. No growth in terms of knowledge. No performance related bonus, it depends solely on experience. zero motivation. onsite team dominance.
