      Nice company to work, as a fresher you can learn a lot. Teams are chill and management is also good

      Inconvénients

      Long working hours no work life balance. Not good hikes HRs have no power Lots of politics within teams

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
