      1. MNC company with a struggling local company level benefits 2. offer medical insurance but need to pay n claim when going for inpatient treatment. (err, is this an insurance?) 3. RM50k annual limit for inpatient? are you kidding me?

      Avantages

      Unlimited Vacation, excellent insurance, matching 401K, strong focus on wellbeing initiatives, and good career growth

      Inconvénients

      Constant lay-offs causing low employee morale and low job security. No salary increases in the US for past 2 years and told you are "a high cost resource", which devalues employees' contributions.
