      Work culture has been degraded a lot …. Some managers are pathetic. Knowledge sharing does not happen and everyone try to secure their own seat due to frequent lay offs

      constantly under threat of layoffs, mostly contract work for other Telecommunications companies which are increasingly turning to competitors for opportunities
