* Methodologies are very specific to the team/department. * It is difficult to find evidence of agile development. * A lot of institutionalized thinking as in, "deliver something early vs. deliver something with long term benefit" * The first few months may be 'sink or swim' with no mentoring--it depends on the team you join.
