Things are haphazard but its up to you to figure out which is great leway. which leaves you with a choice for ownership. whoever rises to the occasion of course will benefit later on
Inconvénients
Work life balance is hard to maintain and sometimes non existence at first 6 to 9 months. If you fall under bad management it up to you to properly voice your concerns or you basically fall in a pit hole of your own doing. You must always be vigilant and have an extra card up your sleeve our you'll be eaten alive by your peers. Your value is based on your delivery or attempted delivery for results. if you don't have any you'll eventually be undervalued and left out. This tough turmoil environment is not for everyone but the value you gain over time will show after 9 months and would make it worth while in my opinion
