      - Exposure to large-scale distributed systems and complex architecture - Opportunities to work with talented engineers (less of this lately as all the good ones are being driven out by incompetent managers) - High ownership and autonomy in some teams

      Inconvénients

      - Increasing focus on delivering projects at all costs, leading to technical debt and unstable systems - Frequent leadership changes and shifting priorities without a clear long-term vision - Multiple overlapping projects competing internally rather than collaborating - Promotions often tied to quick wins, leaving long-term maintainability for others to fix - Recent gen AI push with tracking of tool usage, commit counts, etc. that appears to be a setup for upcoming layoffs

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
