      The pay is good. American company culture, very smart and talented people.

      Inconvénients

      There is no HR service for employees. The HR is purely for admin stuff. No HR support for any career growth or skills training. During peak, the workload is very high.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
