      the work culture is very nice.

      Inconvénients

      in amazon evaluation is done twice in a year and salary increase once only. and during evaluation we have to make bell curve, which is very bad.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
