      * Some very strong engineers and the occasional pleasant manager that work here * Compensation

      Amazon's culture makes sure that if you stay long enough you will be a husk of what you were when you started. Frustrated, jaded, burnt out. * very high bar to clear to get to senior * poor upper management * very poor WLB, super common to see working into the late hours of the night and on weekends

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
