      Extremely toxic workplace, everyone is working to save themselves and throw someone else under the bus if any issues occur. Very few RnD opportunities in Indian teams. Only execution and maintenance work reaches Indian teams.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
