      If you want to reskill into a different specialty, such as moving between cloud, embedded, hardware, networking, or frontend roles, a big company like Amazon is great. Internal transfers are easy.

      Inconvénients

      You will be at the end of a long, intentionally vague chain of command, things will happen without great reasoning or explanation, and you might spend an enormous amount of time on very silly endeavors

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
