      Now the policies are changed They just play with your mental status with bottom box goal,if you clearly know about the policies before joining definetly you are not going to join because no job security If you complain about work pressure they don’t care mercyless Please don’t join and suffer

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
