      You get to work on large scale projects.

      Quite a lot of pressure, they tend to squeeze as much as possible out of you within a couple of years. This leads quite a few people to burnout and then they are replaced using the PIP process, and new cycle begins.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
