      Avantages

      Great office! Large pantry with lots of options for meals and also a meal card. Casual wear. Great workplace in terms of seating and comfort.

      Inconvénients

      Poor management style: they promote the people who they are close to or who suck up to them. They tend to neglect the actual issues; they don't listen to the associates. The workplace turned into a lovers point where you can see colleagues making out in elevators, stairs, or even in meeting rooms.

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
