      Avantages

      High responsibility and flexibility to lead and execute initiative. Very changing and dynamic job with lots of contact with other departments related in the business and visibility across the network.

      Inconvénients

      Bad YOY Compensation strategy. This position does not allow for RSU as a YOY Compensation incentives, even if highly evaluated, meaning that the only way to maintain the salary is through promotions.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
