Avantages
The only thing I feel good about this job is it's fully remote. But you'll be working in shift timings you have never heard of and also most of the weekends will be working day and you'll get your week off in week days.
Inconvénients
As an employee you are made to stare the screen for almost 8hr of your 9hr shift with unreal targets. You are allowed to take break only when they say so. Meeting the targets daily, weekly, monthly will be most stressful, dreadful, depressed thing you'll ever experience. It monotonous and repetitive job with no skills required whatsoever. It's literally like digital watchman job which makes you feel bored in first couple of hrs of your shift. ( My geniune advise please don't join this job unless you have no option)
