      Work life balance is nonexistent, the firm will just treat you as a head count. People are losing life due to work stress in this firm. So, they pay you but they take every penny and much more. And PIP you out otherwise

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
