Avantages
A flexible and simple part-time job. Decent pay and benefits for part-time. Paid for a entire college course that I needed for my degree, I was able to set everything up online and it went very fast and smoothly. Everyone at my location was very nice and helpful. Hire process can be a little long but it is fairly easy. I like that I am able to do everything through the app. Including scheduling days off, adding shifts, and keeping track of my hours. It really simplifies so many things. And there is still an onsite HR Desk and phone number if you have questions or struggle with using the app.
Inconvénients
I've worked other manufacture/warehouse jobs and Amazon's safety measures are easily the worst. Particularly their warehouse design and setups. Although, they did at least attempt to change it several times while I was there. Sometimes for the better, but sometimes for the worse.
