      I think paying for parking, but thats a Seattle regulation and all companies are required by the city to make employees pay for parking in order to keep the use of public transport higher.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
