      * Toxic work environment * Developers are not treated well * You are expected to work on weekends, expected to work overtime every day * Promotion is everything. Rest all goes to the trash can. * No empathy between colleagues

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
