      every team and organization works in silos, lack of communication and team work. very individualistic culture. also pay is sub-par after your 2 year sign on bonus ends and then you hit your 4 year stock cliff.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
