      There is always something new to learn.

      Inconvénients

      Unpaid oncall shifts. Once you are a lvl 5, you might be stuck there for years unless you get lucky. Now they want employees to return to the office 5 days a week. Lack of benefits, (ie. we don't have a Prime account)

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
