      - Wide variety of work, complex problems to solve that we don't see in normal SaaS company - Some very knowledgeable SDEs - Focus on writing and getting designs/ideas fleshed out - sometimes feel pain but gives better results

      Inconvénients

      - RTO - Unnecessarily complicated promo process - constant pressure of delivering and gathering projects/data points to show you are ready for next level

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
