      * Your experience is very team/manager dependent especially On-Call Rotations * High Manager churn; 3 in the last calendar year alone (some have no direct manager) * Constant re-orgs; 5 in the last 2 years in my department * Unpopular mandates from C-Suite leadership damage morale (RTO) followed by layoffs * Just do it culture can lead to interruption via DM/emails/random meetings during high priority work

      Inconvénients

      Most AMs have avoritism among employees. We get mandatory extra time (now is calling "voluntary" but you have to go when it is schedule) at the end of the year, what makes difficult for some of us when we have kids and they're really rigid about it.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
