      The Day-1 culture perception changed to what is called Day-2 culture. At the beginning we spent most time taking action, looking forward. In my last two years we spent more time writing documents about what we did last month/quarter/year.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
