      Avantages

      Little red-tape, teams are focused on getting stuff done. Lots of room to grow quickly, ownership is highly valued, engineers are capable and determined.

      Inconvénients

      Engineers randomly get assigned focus/pip to meet org's goals, and it doesn't seem to be related to performance. ML development is behind other FAANG companies.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
