      The managers can’t manage. They get promoted because they interview well. Most managers are not true leaders B or people yo can trust. HR will always side with a manager instead of workers.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
